Message from Korea
Young-Hoon Ohn, M.D.,Ph.D.

Dear colleagues and friends,

On behalf of Korean ophthalmologists, I would like to thank especially Prof. Ningli Wang, Prof. Wei He, and Chinese organizing committee of 9th Joint Meeting of China-Japan-Korea Ophthalmologists for organizing the meeting. I would also like to express appreciation to many ophthalmologists of three nations who have helped us to coordinate the scientific, social and logistical aspects on this meeting.

Coming 9th meeting will be held in Suzhou, and it is old city, rich in heritage. And it will be held on great season of September. This congress venue-Suzhou International Expo Center- is an ideal location for not only this meeting but Annual Congress of Chinese Ophthalmological Society. What is new and fascinating is that each of our congresses meets in a new city, a different country and culture.

We have had eight meetings annually since 2008 and shared not only new ideas and knowledges on ophthalmology but also friendship among three nations. Our young ophthalmologists will lead Asia and all over the world in the field of visual science.

It is my earnest hope that your visit and attendance on this meeting will prove pleasant and rewarding to you.

Young-Hoon Ohn, M.D.,Ph.D.
Chairman of the Korean Committee, The Joint Meeting of Chinese-Japanese-Korean Ophthalmologists.
