Guideline for Oral Presentation

Please follow the guideline below and prepare your presentation materials.

Language
All presentations and presentation materials should be in English

Presentation time
Special lecture: 15min for lecture
Free paper: 6min for presentation and 2min for discussion

Presentation material
Please note that we will only accept computer-based Powerpoint presentations.To ensure your presentation runs smoothly,please bring your presentation data to PC Preview Desk 2 hours prior to the session. Speakers must use their own laptop computer if the presentation contains special functions such as heavy moving images or animation.

Notifications
1. If you bring your presentation data in a CD-R or USB flash memory stick, please follow the instructions below:
(1) Presentation must be made in Powerpoint readable in windows.If you require Macintosh for your presentation,please bring your and use your own computer on site of your presentation.
(2) The computers provided for the sessions will be running the following operationg sysytems with the following application software installed.

Windows:Windows XP, Powerpoint 2003,2007

2. Be sure to bring an AC adaptor with you. The China standard AC voltage is 220V.
3. After you present, your presentation data loaded on the computers provided will be completely deleted by the secretariats.
4. All speakers are recommended to bring their back-up data.
